
Stephanie Sharro
Stephanie is a strategic marketing specialist and brings a strong creative and analytical background to her work at SHM. She joined SHM in 2008 and since than has worked on a variety of projects in both the public and private sector including clients like Unilever, Diageo, the NHS Institute for Innovation and Improvement, Portsmouth Hospital Trust and the Department of Health.
One of Stephanie’s areas of focus is engagement programmes, targeting both internal as well as external audiences. She also specialises in social marketing.
Before joining SHM, Stephanie spent 6 years working in the marketing industry specialising in direct marketing, customer relationship marketing and loyalty programmes. There she analysed customer behaviour and motivations; drew up research; and designed engagement programmes for clients like Fosters, Microsoft, Ford, learndirect, Kraft and Tesco.
Stephanie’s academic background includes a MA in Linguistics, Psychology and Design and a MA in Marketing Communications.
