Kriti Kapila is a Senior Consultant at SHM and a key member of our Insight Team. She is Co-Director of the Herald Initiative, a project aimed at facilitating the setting up of emergency healthcare in different parts of the world.
Since joining SHM in 2008, Kriti has worked on a range of projects in the health and higher education sector. She specialises in socio-cultural research and brings academic rigour and analysis to her work. Kriti led the research on the Behaviour Change Strategy for Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) for the Department of Health.
Her other projects have included a strategic review of the provision of disability equipment by the Telford and Wrekin PCT, and working with the Danish Council for Business Studies (FUHU) to develop innovative business solutions based on insights from the Humanities. She is currently leading the research and analysis on the comparative study of living arrangements of young people in London and Paris commissioned by the French Ministry of Public Works (PUCA).
