Erica Toth

Erica brings energy and analytical rigour to her work with organizations in times of change.  She helps business leaders and their teams identify and align around a strategic vision and push for excellence in their relationships and ways of working.  Her work focuses on both behaviours and processes, and is often approached through the lens of an organizational study or needs analysis.

Erica works across a portfolio of clients that includes Unilever, Diageo, Experian, Fimat/Newedge, and Booz Allen Hamilton.  She is also involved in expanding SHM’s business to new markets and new sectors.

Erica graduated magna cum laude form Columbia University with a bachelor’s degree in history. She then obtained a master’s degree (hons) in history from St. Catherine’s College, Oxford, and went on to pursue another master’s degree (merit) in global politics from the London School of Economics.  Prior to joining SHM, Erica worked in media and politics.
