Chris is SHM’s General Manager and is responsible for running SHM’s operations, including finances and legals. She is at the heart of SHM’s project delivery engine and is responsible for ensuring that the details of contracts with clients are agreed and properly documented, billing schedules and project milestones are established at the outset, SLA’s are in place when required, risks identified and mitigating actions are carried out, and any variation to the original contract is understood, documented and agreed between SHM and the client. Chris is also responsible for running SHM’s project services. Project services focus on the enablers of SHM operations that support the execution of projects. This includes IT, facilities, admin support, and project rigour.
Chris has been with SHM since it started in 1996 and in that time has had a number of different roles in the company. She has been General Manager since 2001. She graduated in Media and Cultural Studies from the University of Birmingham in 1995.
